• By registering for any course, program, workshop, consultation, or activity offered by Connection Learning Hub, learners confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
• Learners are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Connection Learning Hub reserves the right to accept, postpone, or cancel enrollment when necessary.

Full Payment

• Full payment must be completed upon enrollment unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal after attending one (1) or two (2) sessions may be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refund will be issued after attending three (3) or more sessions.

Partial/ Installment Payment

• Installment payment options may be available for selected programs only.
• Payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
• All installment payments are strictly non-refundable.

• Learners are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
• Missed classes, absences, or late arrivals are generally not refundable or replaceable unless otherwise determined by the hub.

• Learners must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow learners at all times.
• Harassment, abusive language, disruptive behavior, or misconduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

• Learners are responsible for their own personal safety, belongings, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Connection Learning Hub is not responsible for incidents, losses, or disputes occurring outside official class hours or premises.

• Learners are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
• For certain in-person programs, supporting identification or documentation may be requested when necessary.
• Submission of false or misleading information may result in cancellation of enrollment without refund.

• Connection Learning Hub reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, combine, relocate, or cancel classes when necessary.
• Learners will be informed of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.
• If a class is canceled by the hub before commencement, appropriate alternatives or refunds may be considered.

• Personal information collected during registration will be used for educational and administrative purposes only.
• The hub may occasionally take photographs, screenshots, or recordings for educational or promotional use. Learners who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify the hub in advance.

• By completing registration, making payment, or participating in any program or activity, learners confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
